Getting Started with Your Account

Getting up and running on the Marriage Mentors™ Support System includes a few easy steps.

  3. Learn More Connect with your Organization
Mentors and Mentees will also complete a Relationship Survey and a personality assessment called the Connect Assessment®.

FAQ I already have an account on I Promise or the Connect Assessment or it says my email address is already in use.

The Strong Marriages™ online systems, including I Promise, Connect Assessment, and the Marriage Mentors™ Support System all have a single login system. If you already have an account on any of these websites, you can log into the other website using the same login and password. Once you log into the Marriage Mentors™ Support System, you can then enter your Registration Code as normal.

FAQ I already had an account on the older Mentors Support System.

In the coming months, we will be deactivating the Mentors Support System. We have migrated all organizations and accounts that have been recently active. If you are looking to active your organization, contact us at 972.774.1400.

FAQ I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, navigate to the login page, and click "Forgot your password?" You will be forwarded to a new page where you can enter your 4-letter Password Reset Code. This code will be sent to the email address you provided. Once you enter this code, you will be able to create a new password. If you don't see an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
